First Love: A Quiz

The poet A.E. Stallings, expresses in her poem, premier Love: A prove, a great hired bit of support; being naïve and confused. When I read the designation of the poem, I imagined a prove that you take in a teen magazine to cover if your crush really likes you. I believe that the statute title of First Love: A Quiz is meant to be ironic. When you see the title you automatically think its going to be angiotensin-converting enzyme of those cheesy tryzes ab let on chicane, scarce the poem to me has a more gloomfuler t adept at parts. She begins to describe a dark time in her iniquity in the last devil stanzas.\nI begin to constrain confused when she says he was my uncle. the one who lived in the half-finished basement, and he took me by the hair. I begin to question myself, did your uncle rape you? Did he victimize you? Is he the reason wherefore you dont know the difference amongst love and hate? Her uncle was the man who molested her and changed her outlook on love and hate. Family is supposed to be the passel that you love, but how could someone you love, hurt you so badly? I can see where he confusion comes in for the way love and hate feels.\nEveryone has a friend who has the creepy uncle, who everyone was terror-struck of and unfortunately, he was her abuser.
